We are looking for an experienced Account Manager, Sales Representative or Territory Manager to manage a key customer portfolio across the Toowoomba region. This role would suit someone with experience in building materials, construction, trade sales, architectural surfaces, joinery, cabinetry or commercial project sales who enjoys building long-term customer partnerships.

The Role

As an Account Manager, you will manage a diverse portfolio of trade, residential and commercial customers across the Toowoomba territory. This is not a cold-calling BDM role; it is a relationship-led sales role focused on account management, customer growth, project tracking, specification conversion and supporting customers through the full project lifecycle. The role is field based, includes remote working flexibility and comes with a fully maintained company vehicle.

What we’re looking for

- Experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, Territory Manager or BDM within building materials,



construction, trade sales or commercial project sales
- Strong understanding of construction, building products, project sales and customer account management
- Proven ability to manage major accounts, trade customers, builders, contractors, fabricators or long-term commercial customers
- Existing relationships across the construction, interiors, joinery, cabinetry or building materials market would be highly regarded
- Self-motivation, commercial confidence and the ability to work independently in a field-based sales role
