Aboutthe role

As an Educator, you will play an active, hands‑on role in delivering high‑quality experiences for children and supporting the daily operation of the service. Working as part of a committed team, you will contribute to programming, helpmaintaina safe and engaging environment, and build positive relationships with children, families, and the school community.

This role suits someone who enjoys working directly with children, values teamwork, and is confident supporting routines, wellbeing, and learning experiences within a structured and supportive organisation.

You willassistwith supervision, programming implementation, compliance tasks, and effective communication with families.You’llalso contribute to creating a warm, welcoming setting that reflects the needs of the children and community.

- a working knowledge of the National Quality Framework and ‘My Time, Our Place’
- Willingness to work split shifts as required
