Our sales team works directly with owner occupiers, investors and buyers' agents, delivering a professional, consultative sales experience from first enquiry through to settlement.

The Projects team is active across Melbourne, with a portfolio of residential developments supported by dedicated marketing campaigns and qualified buyer enquiries.

The Role

This is a casual Assistant Agent position offering hands-on experience within a live residential project sales environment.

Working alongside our Sales Executives, you'll help manage the early stages of the buyer journey, representing Projects by Equitifund at display suites, open homes, shopping centre activations and promotional events.

You'll engage with prospective purchasers, understand their property requirements,



capture enquiry information accurately and connect qualified buyers with the appropriate Sales Executive.

This is not simply a promotional role. You'll become part of the broader sales team and gain practical exposure to buyer engagement, CRM management, inspections and the residential property sales process.

What You'll Be Doing

- Welcoming and engaging prospective purchasers at display suites, open homes, kiosks and promotional events.
- Building rapport with buyers and understanding their property requirements.
- Capturing enquiry details accurately using the company's CRM and approved lead capture systems.
- Qualifying enquiries and arranging appointments or introductions with Sales Executives.
- Assisting with buyer follow-up and maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Supporting Sales Executives with inspections, display suite appointments and project sales activities.
- Assisting with project launches, shopping centre activations and promotional events as required.
- Maintaining professional presentation standards across display suites, properties and promotional locations.
- Providing exceptional customer service and representing Projects by Equitifund professionally at all times.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, sales support or another customer-facing environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A reliable, punctual and professional approach.
- Availability to work Saturdays and flexible hours as required.
- A current driver's licence and reliable access to a motor vehicle.
- Full Australian working rights.
- The ability to satisfy applicable VIC requirements for employees undertaking residential real estate sales activities.

Desirable

- Previous residential real estate, property or project marketing experience.
- Experience using CRM or lead management software.
- Experience working to activity targets or structured follow-up processes.
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in residential property sales.
