High-Performance Part-Time Clinic Manager Wanted

High-Performance Part-time Clinic Manager Wanted: Support Practitioners, Run a Remarkable Clinic and Own the Day-to-Day Result

A Rewarding Role for the Right Person

Make a meaningful difference: Help dedicated chiropractors do their best work and improve the lives of more people in the local Hills community.

Take genuine ownership: Take responsibility for the team coordination, systems and daily running of a respected clinic.

Be rewarded for results: Earn a competitive package and meaningful performance rewards that reflect the value you create.

Hills Spinal Health helps people in the Hills District live, thrive and perform at their best. We are looking for an exceptional, hands-on Clinic Manager to put the owner’s priorities into practice and take responsibility for the smooth, harmonious running of the clinic.

You will create the conditions for our practitioners to do their best work and for every patient to receive an outstanding experience. Our practitioners retain clinical responsibility. You will manage the daily operations that support them.

Our practitioners are relational by nature. You must be relational enough to earn their trust, but confident enough to coordinate their operational needs, address issues and follow through on agreed clinic procedures. You will respect their expertise, communicate clearly and ensure that daily commitments become consistent results.

What You Will Take Ownership Of

- Lead, develop and hold the reception and administration team accountable.
- Establish clear daily priorities, responsibilities, rosters and service standards.
- Maintain and improve the clinic’s systems, processes and daily routines.
- Improve the patient journey, from initial enquiry through appointments, payments and follow-up.
- Support patient retention, rebooking and referrals through consistent service and follow-up.
- Monitor appointment availability, practitioner schedules,

billing, outstanding payments and clinic supplies.
- Support recruitment and onboarding, train administration staff and address performance issues with the owner.
- Use clinic reports to identify scheduling gaps, service issues and practical improvements.
- Protect the clinic’s reputation, culture and skilled standards.
- Report clearly to the owner and follow through on agreed priorities.

Your previous title matters less than the results you have achieved. You must be able to demonstrate that you have:

- Supervised the daily operations of a clinic, professional practice or comparable service environment.
- Taken responsibility for scheduling, rosters, billing, supplies and administrative accuracy.
- Led, supported and held a reception, administration or customer service team accountable.
- Turned an owner’s priorities into clear tasks, responsibilities, deadlines and action.
- Improved appointment utilisation, rebooking, customer retention or service consistency.
- Introduced practical systems that improved reliability, productivity and follow-through.
- Used scheduling, billing or service reports to identify issues and make sound operational decisions.
- Improved the customer, client or patient experience.
- Helped recruit, train and retain reliable team members.
- Addressed performance or service issues directly while maintaining trust and respect.
- Helped a team adopt new procedures and maintain consistent daily routines.
- Worked effectively with an owner and busy professionals who depend on organised support.

Healthcare,

allied-health or wellness experience would be an advantage, but it is not essential. Strong experience managing daily operations and a customer-facing team in another service-based business may be equally relevant.

A genuine passion for health and wellness is essential. You will bring care, professionalism and accountability. You care deeply about people without avoiding difficult conversations. You build trust without lowering standards. You stay organised under pressure, follow through on commitments and take responsibility for resolving everyday operational issues.

In return, you will receive clear responsibility and authority to manage the clinic’s daily operations, a close working relationship with the owner, and the opportunity to improve how the team and systems support patient care. You will see the human impact of your work in the practitioners you support, the patients they help and the well‑run clinic you maintain.

High performance will earn high rewards. Your package will include base salary, together with a bonus tied to agreed measures such as patient service, rebooking, administrative accuracy, team reliability and operational improvement.

Deliver exceptional results and you will receive the trust, recognition and material rewards that excellent clinic management deserves.

Current Hours - 20-25 per week. Hours can be increased in the future if desired.

Mondays - 2pm to 6pm

Tuesdays - 2pm to 6pm

Thursdays 830am to 1pm, 2pm to 630pm

Fridays 1230 to 530

*This is where gaps in our scheduling currently exist and you need to be available for at least for the first few months after which time we can look at adjusting the roster if needed.

There is only one leadership opportunity available.

Applications close October 11th and we will begin interviewing exceptional candidates as soon as they apply.
