YMCA Victoria is seeking a Program Coordinator at Howmans Gap Alpine Discovery Camp to lead and deliver outdoor education programs with schools and groups. You will supervise staff, volunteers and placement students and ensure smooth daily operations and safety across all activities.
The role is full time and hands-on, requiring strong leadership, planning and collaboration with visiting groups while maintaining risk controls and program quality at all times.
