Our Chelsea Childcare Centre is open, and we are seeking passionate and dedicated Diploma Educators to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new centre - helping to build a positive team culture and create inspiring learning environments for children.

About the Role

As an Educator at Bright Steps Academy, you will:

- Create nurturing, engaging, and inclusive learning environments




- Support children's learning and development in line with the EYLF
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
- Work collaboratively within a supportive team
- Contribute to a positive, protected, and high-quality early learning environment

What You'll Bring

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
- Enthusiasm, warmth, and a genuine love for working with children
- A team-focused, positive, and professional approach
