Pegasus Community Care in Parramatta region is seeking experienced NDIS Support Workers to provide intensive 2:1 support in a highly complex setting. You will work with a participant with significant behavioural, psychosocial and personal care needs, including overnight shifts within a 24/7 model.

You will join a structured team led by a Shift Mentor, implementing Behaviour Support Plans and risk management, while delivering high-quality supports with calm, trauma-informed practice.
