Skills and Experience

To place yourself in the front-running, you will be able to demonstrate the following: -

Essential

- Sales and/or retail experience, with a focus on end-to-end client management;




- A strong attention to detail and the ability to plan and execute tasks with accuracy and within agreed timelines;
- A medium-to-high level of competency in the use of personal computers and, in particular, Microsoft Office applications;
- Well developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills;
- Demonstrable track record in providing exceptional customer service.

2. Desirable

- Experience in, or a sound knowledge of, workwear and safety products;
- Experience in the use of Adobe Illustrator;
- Experience in goods receival and despatch;
- Experience in the use of Point-of-Sale systems;
- A sound knowledge of purchasing and stock control systems.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be end-to-end customer account management. This will require you to assist and advise account customers with product selection, including workwear and uniform customisation, quotations, product ordering, customer order management and after-sales service.

Additionally, you will provide point-of-sale customer service across our broad range of products and be involved in the essential roles of product merchandising and shop floor retail sales.

Conditions

This is a permanent, 38 hours per week position, including some Saturdays (4.5 hours).

Salary will be negotiable and be dependent on the skills and experience that you can bring to the position. Other employment conditions will be in accordance with the General Retail Industry Award, 2010.
