Apache Coatings is a rapidly growing powder coating company servicing customers across South East Queensland. We pride ourselves on producing premium-quality finishes, fast turnaround times and exceptional customer service.

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch & Packing Operator to take ownership of our dispatch area and ensure every order leaves our factory safely, accurately and to the highest standard.

This is a rapid-paced role that requires someone who can work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Packing finished products into boxes and onto pallets ready for transport.
- Wrapping and securing freight to prevent damage during transit.
- Completing a final quality inspection before every order is dispatched.
- Identifying and reporting any defects, damage or missing items before they leave the factory.
- Ensuring orders are correctly labelled and matched to dispatch paperwork.
- Loading and unloading trucks when required.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe dispatch area.




- Working closely with our production team to ensure customer deadlines are met.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in dispatch, warehousing or manufacturing.
- Experience packing products for freight with a high level of care.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work quickly while maintaining quality.
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical fitness suitable for manual handling.
- A current forklift licence (preferred but not essential).
