We are looking for a team member with exposure in the grocery space. Previous experience in produce and store closure is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. You will play a crucial role in our mission to provide customers with a pleasurable shopping experience.

Responsibilities

- Excellent merchandising skills and/or willingness to learn
- Quality control, including stock rotation and waste management
- Adhering to strict quality control measures and food safety standards
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the produce department and surrounding areas
- Collaborating and working with the rest of the team to ensure efficient operation
- Assisting customers in selecting premium products,



providing product knowledge and excellent customer service
- Front end/registers service, and closing & cashing up at the end of each day.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a grocery setting.
- Deep knowledge of produce, including seasonal product supplies.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as work harmoniously with other team members and take initiative as needed.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to build rapport with both customers and team members.

We are looking for a team member with All-Rounder experience in the grocery industry and/or willingness to learn and grow in the industry.

As a full time employee, your hours will be 9.30 am to 6 pm, 5 days a week (one day will be a weekend shift)
