We are seeking a reliable Courier/Operations Agent to join our team ASAP.

- Assisting with general operations tasks including freight recovery, sorting, scanning, etc.
- Covering courier driver routes when required (Mondays and Fridays)
- Supporting shift coverage during leave periods or operational peaks

Qualifications:

- Forklift License preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexibly, including covering different duties and shifts when required
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and safety-conscious attitude
