The Y Whittlesea is seeking a sport-loving leader to join The Y Leisure City Epping as a casual Duty Manager (Shift Supervisor). You will lead staff on shift, ensure smooth operations, and deliver best-in-class service in a busy leisure facility.

Availability for some evenings and weekend shifts is required, with a strong passion for sport and a commitment to safety and community impact. The role offers on-site gym access, free parking, and other employee advantages.
