A great opportunity has become available for an experienced Administration/Accounts Clerk to join our Coniston team!

This position is part-time and would suit an experienced mature individual.

The core roster for this position is Thursday and Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm , with the potential for Wednesday hours as well. In this role, you will work independently to manage the day-to-day operations of our office, while working alongside a colleague who covers Monday to Wednesday. It offers a similar workflow and seamless continuity to a job-share but operates as a standalone part-time position.

We value flexibility and are looking for someone who is also available to cover sick leave or planned leave for your early-week colleague when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Data Entry: Manage basic accounts payable/receivable and data entry using MYOB
- Reception & Enquiries: Manage general office reception, incoming calls and visitor enquiries.
- Office Admin: Maintain electronic filing systems, records and archiving.



Contact customers and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
- Coordination & Handover: Manage shared calendars and communicate effectively with your colleague for a seamless transition.

About You

- Software Skills: Proven proficiency in MYOB is essential, along with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Word,Excel,Outlook).
- Availability: Able to work Thursdays and Fridays (8.30am - 4.30pm), with flexibility for Wednesdays and occasional leave coverage.
- Work Style: Highly organized, proactive and capable of working independently.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
