Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This is a hands‑on role involving warehouse duties, customer service, stock management, warehouse maintenance and occasional deliveries. This role provides opportunity to advance your experience and career.

Key Responsibilities:

- Packing Orders: Picking and packing orders, preparing them for delivery or pickup.
- Purchasing & Inventory: Help manage stock levels, assist with purchase orders and check that orders received are correct.
- General Operations Support:



Support day‑to‑day operations and work collaboratively with the team to improve processes and efficiency.
- Warehouse Housekeeping: Maintaining the warehouse floor and ensuring that cleanliness is upkept.
- Sales & Customer Service: Assist customers with over the counter sales and enquiries.

Requirements:

- A valid NSW driving licence and a good driving record
- A valid forklift licence is preferred
- Experience in a warehouse, factory, trade or construction environment will be highly regarded
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast paced workplace
- Customer-focused attitude
- Great team-working and communication skills
- Ability to safely lift and handle boxes weighing 20kg or more
