We are looking for a Reception & Sales team member to join our martial arts gym in Byron Bay. The role includes customer check-ins, social media stories, billing/admin, lead follow-ups, phone calls and membership sales.

Key responsibilities

Customer check-ins

Social media stories

Daily sales

Gym content filming

Billing and admin

Lead follow-ups

About you

Excellent with people

Confident in sales

Organised

Proactive

Able to take initiative and follow up leads

Experience in sales, customer service, fitness or martial arts is a plus
