The Disability Company (VIC) is seeking a compassionate Disability Support Worker to assist a young female client with ASD Level 2 in Beveridge. You will help with daily living, school pickups, and after-school routines, fostering calm transitions and community participation.

The role requires excellent communication, reliable, and adaptable staff who can work unsupervised, document progress, and advocate for clients while supporting their NDIS goals.
