Mosaic is seeking an Assistant Building Caretaker/Maintenance Officer to keep our Brisbane luxury residential buildings in pristine condition. You’ll handle routine and ad hoc maintenance, cleaning of common areas, and garden upkeep, with a focus on resident satisfaction and vibrant outdoor spaces.
Supported by a local caretaking team, you’ll coordinate external contractors, report maintenance needs, and uphold high standards of building operations.
