The Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries and those contacting the office, managing reception and day-to-day communication and administration of the business. You will provide support to the Office and Leadership team and maintain a constant presence in the Queensland head office on a part-time basis.
Key responsibilities
- Handle all inbound queries and respond in a timely manner
- Answer phone calls whilst maintaining a robust level of customer service, passing on calls to team members and taking messages where appropriate
- Greet and assist all guests as they enter the office
- Ensure the office is clean and well presented at all times
- Invoice orders as they are completedBook freight of orders once complete and relay information to Dispatch team
- Organize packing,
invoicing and freighting of Consumable Orders
- Book orders to go to Powder coaters and communicate with dispatch team about ETAs
- Communicate with Melbourne and Perth Branch about freighting orders and their ETAs
- Keep customers updated with the progress of orders

- An excellent communicator (both written and verbal) with conflict resolution techniques
- Able to produce work with a strong level of attention to detail
