Join a committed and supportive team of hospitality professionals at the Bushland Beach Tavern. Currently undergoing extensive renovations, we are searching for experienced and skilled bar and gaming staff who will lead us through this change and set our hotel up for success. This is a key role within our business and one that will require working with hotel management closely to achieve the best outcomes for our valued customers and business goals. Shifts will vary including days, mid shifts and closing shifts across both weekdays and weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Make and prepare a variety of drinks
- Perform in a fast-paced bar, Tab and gaming environment
- Handle cash with excellent abilities
- Perform all aspects of bar service
- Work with gaming and TAB
- Work closely with hotel management to achieve business goals
- Work as part of a team
About you
- Knowledge and experience in the Hospitality Industry
- Current RSA, RSG and Food Safety Certificate
- Valuable product knowledge and sound understanding of spirits, wines and beers
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in all aspects of bar service
- Experience with gaming and TAB
- Willingness to work as part of a team
