We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Part-time Receptionist to join our team at our Manly, NSW practice. In this important role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house service to our clients and supporting the smooth running of our physiotherapy and Pilates studio.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail, the ability to work independently and the desire to be part of an administration team.

The role may involve some early starts, later finishes and longer days.The applicant would need flexibilityto occasionally cover days when other reception/admin staff are on annual or sick leave.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling and managing client appointments
- Handling general inquiries via phone, email and in-person
- Maintaining accurate client records and administration
- Assisting with check-in and check-out processes
- Providing a high level of customer service to ensure a positive client experience
- Supporting the clinical team as required

- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, ideally within the healthcare or wellness industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and office equipment
- A friendly, positive and professional demeanour
