Opal Packaging is seeking 8 Production Workers to join our converting cardboard manufacturing operation in Rocklea, Brisbane . This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a leading Australian packaging manufacturer, with comprehensive training provided and long-term career opportunities available.

About the Role

Working as part of our production team, you will support the manufacture and conversion of corrugated cardboard packaging products in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace.

Day Shift Hours:

- Monday to Friday
- 6:00am - 2:00pm
- Overtime available upon successful completion of training and competency sign-off

Key Responsibilities

- Operating and monitoring converting machinery
- Feeding and handling cardboard materials
- Packing and palletising finished products
- Completing quality checks and inspections
- Following safe work procedures and site standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Working collaboratively to achieve production targets

Highly Regarded but Not Essential

- Previous manufacturing or production experience
- Experience operating machinery
- Experience in packaging, warehousing, or production environments

Full training will be provided for successful candidates.
