Flourish Australia is recruiting for headspace Bankstown to hire a Peer Worker on a closed-term part time basis (45.6 hours per fortnight) based in Bankstown, with working days Monday to Thursday. The role offers attractive hourly rates, 12% super, and tax-free salary packaging.

You will use your lived experience of mental health to mentor and support others, building trusting relationships and guiding recovery in a strengths-based approach.
