About the Role

As a PCA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents while supporting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
- Supporting mobility, hygiene, nutrition,



and hydration needs
- Monitoring and reporting changes in resident's health and well-being
- Maintaining accurate documentation and care records
- Working collaboratively with nurses and multidisciplinary teams
- Promoting a secure, respectful, and supportive environment

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Health Services Assistance, or an equivalent qualification
- At least 1 year experience working in aged care
- Current National Police Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Relevant working rights in Australia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate and professional approach to resident care
