Seasons Living is looking for an organised, creative and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join our Support Office team in Brendale.

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Brand & Strategy , this role will provide day-to-day support across marketing, communications, content, digital channels, campaigns and events across our retirement living, home care and residential aged care services.

Reporting to the Senior Manager - Brand & Strategy , this role will provide day-to-day support across marketing, communications, content, digital channels, campaigns and events across our retirement living, home care and residential aged care services.

About the role

You will support the delivery of Seasons’ marketing and communications activities, including:

- Assisting with marketing campaigns across digital, print, community and referral channels

- Drafting and scheduling social media content

- Assisting with resident stories, employee stories, testimonials, photography and video content

- Supporting newsletters, website content, blogs and promotional materials

- Completing routine website and online directory updates

- Assisting with digital advertising administration and reporting

- Supporting expos, open days, information sessions and community events





- Coordinating marketing collateral and promotional materials

- Maintaining marketing calendars, project trackers and content schedules

- Collecting and compiling marketing data and assisting with reports

- Supporting supplier administration, invoices and marketing records

- Maintaining marketing assets and content libraries

- Working with community teams, sales, lifestyle teams and other Support Office stakeholders

About you

We are looking for someone who has:

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organisation and attention to detail

- Confidence using social media platforms

- An interest in content creation and digital marketing

- Good Microsoft Office skills

- The ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines

- A willingness to learn and take direction

- A collaborative and positive approach

Experience using Canva and / or Adobe Creative Suite would be highly regarded.

Previous experience in a marketing, communications, administration or digital support role is desirable, however we would also welcome applications from recent graduates or students nearing completion of a qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field .
