Allstar Supply Co is a family-owned and operated custom apparel, print and graphics business based in Portland, Victoria.

We’re looking for an Apparel Consultant to join our team in a varied role covering customer service, sales, job preparation and hands‑on apparel production.

THE ROLE INCLUDES:

- Assisting customers with apparel enquiries, products and decoration options
- Preparing quotes, sales orders and job packets
- Organising and setting up Screenprint & Apparel jobs for production
- Unpacking, sorting and allocating incoming garments
- Sorting, folding, packing and preparing completed orders
- Quality control of finished products
- Assisting with general production tasks across our apparel and signage departments when required

- Friendly, confident and comfortable dealing with customers




- Organised with good attention to detail
- Energetic, reliable and willing to get stuck in
- Able to listen, learn and work well as part of a busy team
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Able to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Willing to take initiative and help wherever needed

Experience in apparel, printing, retail, customer service or sales would be an advantage, but isn’t essential for the right person.

This is a hands‑on, diverse role — you won’t be sitting behind a desk all day. We’re looking for someone who enjoys dealing with people, stays organised and takes pride in getting things done properly.
