Skilled Labourers Wanted — Piling, Civil & Ground Engineering
Based out of Bella Vista, NSW — travel across QLD and NSW required
Hourly rate (first 8 hours) + overtime, plus travel, accommodation, LAFHA and mileage allowances, with weekend work available

We're after skilled labourers who want more than a shovel and a wheelbarrow, real exposure to piling, drilling, grouting, steel fixing and civil works, on some of QLD and NSW's toughest projects!

PCA Ground Engineering is growing fast across some of QLD and NSW's most technically challenging civil and geotechnical projects, and we need hardworking, reliable people ready to build a long-term career with us.

The role

You'll be working alongside our specialist crews across piling, drilling, grouting, concreting, steel fixing, shotcreting and civil construction, no two days looking the same. You'll be trained, mentored and given real opportunities to grow your skills in one of the most interesting corners of the construction industry.

Some of the must-haves

- Willingness to travel and live away on site is a must! (averaging a 23:5 roster with RDO's on site)
- A safety-first mindset and drug and alcohol-free status
- Excellent attitude, team-player spirit, and reliability on site
- White Card (Construction Industry Induction)
- Driver's licence and reliable transport is essential
- Able to meet the physical demands of manual labouring work , including lifting,



carrying and working outdoors in all conditions
- Experience in piling, drilling, or grout pump operation
- Steel fixing, concrete works, or shotcreting experience
- Tickets for excavator, EWP, forklift, telehandler, concrete pump or similar
- Mechanical know-how
- Working at Heights ticket
- HR or HC licence
