Smile On Medowie is looking for a superstar Dental Receptionist to join our team!

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a friendly, supportive and growing dental group where no two days are the same. We’re looking for someone with great energy, a positive attitude and the confidence to keep things running smoothly at the front desk.

What your day might look like

You’ll be the friendly face of the practice and an important part of the patient experience. Your role will include:

- Welcoming patients and making them feel comfortable and cared for

- Managing appointments and keeping our clinicians' books running smoothly

- Answering phones, emails and patient enquiries

- Processing payments and managing patient accounts

- Confirming appointments and helping keep our days productive

- Coordinating treatment appointments and patient follow-ups

- Working closely with our dentists, clinicians and dental assistants

- Helping with the general day-to-day organisation of the practice

- Bringing positive energy to the team and jumping in to help when needed!

Who are we looking for?

We’d love to meet someone who is:

- Friendly, bubbly and genuinely enjoys working with people
- Organised and able to juggle multiple things at once
- Confident communicating with patients both in person and over the phone
- Reliable, proactive and happy to take initiative




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A outstanding team player with a good sense of humour
- Professional while still being warm and approachable

Dental reception experience would be fantastic , particularly if you have experience with dental practice management software, treatment coordination or patient accounts.

However, attitude is incredibly significant to us. If you have strong reception/customer service experience, are quick to learn and think you would be a great fit for dental, we would still love to hear from you.

Are you an experienced Dental Assistant ready for a change?

We’d also love to hear from DAs who are looking to step away from chairside assisting and transition into a Dental Reception role. Your existing dental knowledge and understanding of the patient journey would be a great advantage, and we’re more than happy to provide training and support to help you make the move to front desk.
