Located in the heart of Norwest, Mullane's Hotel is a multi-level hospitality destination bringing together great food, drinks, entertainment and genuine hospitality, all under one roof.
Upstairs stairs on Level 1, Sarino's is our lively restaurant, bar and entertainment destination, serving Italian-inspired favourites in a buzzing, social atmosphere seven days a week.
With the busy Christmas season approaching, we're looking for energetic and enthusiastic casual waitstaff to join our restaurant team.

What you'll be doing
- Taking food and beverage orders confidently and accurately
- Delivering meals and drinks efficiently
- Helping guests navigate the menu and providing recommendations
- Setting, clearing and resetting tables
- Working closely with the kitchen,
bar and wider restaurant team
- Creating memorable experiences for every guest
- Supporting busy lunch, dinner, weekend and function services
We're looking for people who
- Have a positive, energetic and approachable personality
- Thrive in a busy restaurant workplace
- Take pride in providing great customer service
- Are reliable, punctual and team focused
- Have strong communication skills
- Are available across evenings, weekends and the busy Christmas period
- Hold a current RSA
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
You'll be joining a fun, supportive hospitality team within Momento Hospitality, with the opportunity to build your skills and work in one of Norwest's most exciting dining and entertainment venues.
