The Melbourne Marriott Hotel is seeking a Demi Chef De Partie to support the kitchen team in delivering high-quality dishes to five-star standards in Melbourne, VIC. This contract role runs from October 2026 to 5 January 2027, in office at our city centre property.
You will assist with mise en place, follow recipes and menus, maintain food safety standards, and work closely with senior chefs to uphold Marriott brand standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
