Magic Hand Car Wash is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendants / Detailers to join our team in Hoppers Crossing, Victoria. This is a part-time position (full time to right candidates) that offers flexibility whilst contributing to our commitment of delivering exceptional vehicle cleaning and detailing services to a high quality standard. You will play a crucial role in ensuring every vehicle that passes through our facility leaves in pristine condition, directly impacting customer satisfaction and our reputation for excellence in the cleaning services industry.

What you'll be doing

- Operating car wash equipment and machinery safely and effectively to clean vehicles to high standards
- Performing detailed hand washing, drying and polishing of vehicles to remove dirt, grime and contaminants
- Applying paint protective coatings, waxes and sealants to enhance vehicle appearance and protection
- Vacuuming and cleaning vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets and upholstery
- Inspecting vehicles for damage or defects and reporting any issues to management
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the car wash facility and equipment
- Greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner and addressing their specific cleaning requirements
- Following health and safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times
- Working efficiently to meet service timelines whilst maintaining quality standards
- Picking up and delivering vehicles to external car companies in a professional and professional manner

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in car washing, detailing or a similar cleaning services role (preferred but not essential)




- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive manual tasks throughout your shift
- Reliability and punctuality with flexibility to work part-time hours as required
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport to get to the Hoppers Crossing location
- Knowledge of vehicle cleaning products, techniques and safety practices is advantageous
