MILPARINKA Disability Services Incorporated is seeking a warm, friendly Support Worker to provide one-on-one support to a female participant in the Melbourne area. The role includes active participation in regular community activities, supporting daily routines, and helping the participant develop independence and life skills.

You will work closely with family and the care team to help progress toward goals in a respectful, safety-focused manner.
