NLB Fencing and Balustrades Pty Ltd – Cardiff NSW

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Site installer and labourer to join our team at NLB Fencing and Balustrades Pty Ltd. This is a casual role based in Cardiff, NSW 2285, providing an opportunity to work on a variety of projects across our workshop and in office locations.

What you'll be doing

- Supporting installation crews on construction sites, helping to unload and move materials, and performing general labouring/site hand duties including the installation of fencing, screens, balustrades and more.
- Loading, unloading and driving of light truck.
- Maintaining a clean and organised work workplace in the workshop and on job sites
- Performing other duties as required to support the operations of the business

What we’re looking for

- Previous experience as a labourer or in a similar construction/manufacturing role
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of workmanship




- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation
- Familiarity with power tools and construction equipment
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
