Randstad has a major opportunity with a national emergency hotline team in Sydney CBD. We are seeking energetic Call Centre Agents to triage inbound emergency calls, connect callers to Police, Fire and Ambulance, and provide calm, empathetic support during Australia’s most critical moments.

Roles are night-focused, with shifts from 8pm to 6am, minimum three days per week. Competitive hourly rate plus superannuation, penalties, and versatile rosters.
