Site Supervisor – Night Shift | Permanent Part-Time

Ecowize is looking for a reliable and motivated Site Supervisor to join our night-shift team within a food production environment.

Working closely with the Site Manager, you’ll help coordinate the shift, provide day-to-day direction and support to our Hygiene Operators, and make sure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the high standards expected by us and our customer.

What you’ll be doing

As Site Supervisor, you’ll support the Site Manager with the smooth running of night-shift operations. You’ll help allocate and monitor work, keep the team focused on priorities, support attendance and rostering requirements, and ensure cleaning, hygiene, safety and food safety standards are consistently maintained. These responsibilities align with the role’s focus on supervising shift performance and supporting Hygiene Operators day to day.

You’ll also play an important role in supporting and motivating the team, providing clear instructions,



reinforcing safe work practices and assisting with toolbox talks and on-the-job training.

Your roster

The anticipated roster will include night shifts commencing at approximately 8pm - 10pm on:

Monday | Tuesday | Thursday | Friday

This is a permanent part-time chance, with the potential for additional hours as required to support site and business needs.

What we’re looking for

You’ll be someone who leads by example and is comfortable providing direction and support while working collaboratively with the Site Manager.

Experience within hygiene, cleaning or food production will be highly regarded, particularly if you have previous experience supervising or coordinating people in a similar environment. Strong communication, time management and relationship-building skills are also important.
