The Opportunity

As a Sales Consultant (Christmas Casual) , you play a vital role in ensuring the Boutique achieves its sales targets, delivers outstanding customer satisfaction, and upholds the premium standards SEIKO is known for. You will be the face of the brand, guiding clients, sharing product knowledge, and creating memorable in‑store experiences that reflect our commitment to quality and care.

The Role

Welcome clients warmly, identify their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations

Demonstrate expert knowledge of SEIKO products, including features, care, and operation

Support clients in selecting and trying on merchandise to enhance their experience

Deliver exceptional service with professionalism, friendliness, and brand pride

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Manage client enquiries and assist with special orders through the Boutique Manager

Gift wrap and package purchases with care and attention to detail

Maintain immaculate merchandising standards, including ticketing, arranging, and displaying stock

Conduct daily stock checks and support inventory setup and removal following visual merchandising guidelines

Maintain accurate sales records and support reporting requirements





Follow all Boutique security procedures and remain alert to potential risks

Collaborate closely with the Boutique Manager and team to achieve sales goals and support roster needs

Your Skills

Outstanding client service and communication skills

Strong product knowledge with a willingness to continually learn

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

High attention to detail with robust organisational skills

Experience in retail sales

Familiarity with merchandising and visual display practices
