Responsibilities

Category

Tasks

- Liase with sales support in reconciling payments from Agency customers, retailers and staff.
- Liase with Customer Service and Spare teams in reconciling payments from Non-Warranty customers, Spares and technicians.




- Reconciling Credit Card Clearing Accounts from payments received from customers
- Reconcile commissions to Agents for Agency branded sales including queries from commission agents

Internal Control

- Participate in annual Internal Control Testing

Support

- Support the Finance Manager, Accounts Receivable Officers when required.

Health & Safety

- Demonstrate commitment to health and safety through participation in formal and informal discussions, workplace visits, hazard inspections and risk assessments
- Notify an incident or an injury promptly
- Follow all Occupational Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Participate in consultation as required and requested
- Attend Health & Safety learning opportunities, briefings, seminars and trainings

Adhoc

- Action any adhoc tasks as required and requested by your immediate Manager

- Must have full working rights in Australia.
- Currently studying and undertaking a placement as part of study.
- Ability to build and maintain productive and positive relationships within a diverse environment.
- Ability and willingness to seek information, apply context, and share knowledge.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proven written and verbal communication skills.
