About the Role

As a Prospector, you'll be on the frontline of our growth — generating new business, connecting with homeowners, and keeping our pipeline thriving.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Making high-volume outbound calls to property owners and potential sellers

- Letterbox dropping & door knock

- Prospecting and identifying new listing opportunities

- Assisting with OFI's

- Updating and managing client information in our CRM

- Conducting follow-up calls and nurturing long-term relationships

- Assisting with appraisal preparation and database management

- Hitting (and smashing!) daily and weekly prospecting KPIs

- Participating in coaching, training, and team development

About You

You're confident, energetic,



and not afraid to pick up the phone. You thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment — and you love talking to people.

You'll bring:

- Experience in real estate, sales, or customer service (preferred but not essential)

- A Certificate of Registration and driver's licence plus access to a car

- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills

- Great organisation and time management

- Resilience, motivation, and a positive attitude

- A genuine interest in property and long-term growth opportunities
