We are seeking aprofessional , organised and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative services to our hospital!Permanent full-time opportunity.

This role will have you supporting our administration team on a rotating roster between pre-admission and reception, with shifts ranging from 6am-10pm, Monday to Sunday.

About You

This role requires someone who can remain calm, organised and resilientin a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

You will also bring the following:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a broad range of staff - both clinical and administrative
- Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is not essential but highly desirable
- Must be available to work a rotating roster including mornings ,nights and weekends
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High level of attention to detail




- Strong computer literacy - the ability to navigate multiple IT systems quickly and accurately
- Ability towork autonomously
- Experience with hospital patient administration systems or private practice software (desirable)
- Understanding of private health insurance and patient billing (desirable)

Remuneration: On offer is an hourly rate of$30.43 - $31.73 + superannuation, based on experience.
