Key Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding customer service to clients over the phone, via email, and in person
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
- Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

- Previous experience in a customer facing role is a plus, but not essential
- A friendly, bubbly personality with a genuine passion for helping others
- Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Availability to work Monday to Friday,



between 9:15 AM and 4:15 PM
- Ability to travel to different branches in the North/Eastern Suburbs of Adelaide to cover shifts, with your main branch being located within Ingle Farm Shopping Centre.
- Ability to cover last minute shifts
- Competitive hourly rate of $40.84+ Super
