We are currently hiring labourers for a crate making company in the south-east of Melbourne on day shift.

Your Role

We are seeking experienced labourers to deliver high-quality work as part of their dedicated team. You will work with a team leader and carry out a variety of crate making tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Pallet making at various sites
- Shrink wrapping items that go into the pallets
- Manage delivery of works in office to maintain productivity and quality
- Follow all safe work practices and contribute to a strong safety culture

What You Bring

To succeed in this role, you will have experience as a labourer or in a warehouse, along with:





- Shrink wrapping experience preferred
- A current, clean driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
- Good English
- Available up to 5 days a week
