Truck & Barrow is seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Labourer to join our team in Ravenhall, Victoria. This is a Full-time Postion with a 6 month probation.

Multiple roles available such as:

- Paver Operator
- Roller/Multi Operator
- Skid Steer Operator

What you'll be doing

- Supporting the asphalt laying process by operating machinery such as Roller & Multi, Skid Steer or Paver and tools to prepare and finish asphalt surfaces
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of asphalt materials and equipment
- Undertaking general labouring duties as required to ensure efficient and safe job completion
- Adhering to all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as an Asphalt Labourer or similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of asphalt laying techniques and the use of associated tools and equipment




- Ability to perform physical labour and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
