We’re looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Service Receptionist to join our Kedron team.

Service Receptionist | Kedron

What you’ll do

- Answer calls and assist customers
- Manage service bookings by phone, online and in person
- Prepare, manage and close Repair Orders, recording customer requirements
- Assist with loan vehicle agreements
- Reconcile banking
- Distribute mail and order stationery and supplies
- Keep customer areas organised and welcoming
- Provide general administrative support to the Service team

Monday to Friday | 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm | No weekends
