Opal HealthCare seeks a compassionate Wellbeing Manager to lead the Meaningful Life program at Kardinia Parkside Care Community in Geelong, VIC. The role focuses on enriching residents’ lives through tailored wellbeing activities and engagement plans, with a Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm schedule.

You will coach care teams, collaborate with clinical staff, and support mobility, independence, and overall quality of life, while accessing development opportunities and sector-leading wellbeing
