WEEKEND SHOWROOM - Front of House Reception

We are looking for an experienced & polished Showroom Receptionist to work PART-TIME EVERY SATURDAY & SUNDAY.

We are a high volume, high performing Lexus & Toyota dealership in Parramatta, ranked the #1 Lexus Dealership in Australia for sales volume 2 years in a row and fast-tracking up the standings for Toyota as well. We need an experienced PART-TIME Front of House guest relations Showroom Receptionist to be the first impression for our valued customers; providing customers with a 5-star experience both face to face and over the phone.

If you are qualified and polished with hospitality experience and a love of creating excellence in customer experiences, this is the role for you. We consider this role critical to our success - we know that first impressions really do count! While the role is primarily reception, there are some administrative duties as well.

Your typical day is…

Answering calls & assisting walk-in customers, making sure they connect with someone that can help them. It can be fast-paced and challenging.

Maintaining the Showroom floor and reception area to a high standard

Assisting the Showroom Sales team as needed - you're a great team player.

Completing administrative tasks for the Admin, Sales, Fleet, teams etc. as needed

Contributing to our amazing Front of house team - 3 Receptionists and a fulltime Barista in our cafe. (...did we mention the free and fantastic coffee?)

To succeed you can offer …

At least 2years experience as an effective face-to-face & over-the-phone front of house professional

An "on-show" professional presentation & proactive approach

Reliability, punctuality and polish - you know the importance of not just showing-up, but putting on a show.

Customer-centric communication & problem-solving skills

An ability to get along with anyone and professionally manage any difficult queries





The role is based in our Church Street Parramatta showroom and works with a team of receptionists and a barista to ensure our customers have a fantastic first impression and an enjoyable 5-star dealership experience.
