Taronga Western Plains Zoo Dubbo is looking for an experienced and motivated Casual Chef to join the team and contribute to the day-to-day operations across Taronga Café Wild, Café Waterhole, Savannah function center, Zoofari Lodge and the Serengeti kitchen.
Reporting into the Executive & Head Chef, you will work with a passionate hospitality team, delivering high-quality food with robust kitchen hygiene and cost awareness, while teaching apprentices and upholding Taronga's service standards.
