Provide support to a 25-year-old male with cerebral palsy who uses a wheelchair. The role involves providing assistance with daily activities, personal care and community access, while supporting independence, choice and quality of life. A vehicle is supplied for use during shifts.

- Assist with personal care and daily living activities
- Support wheelchair and hoist transfers
- Support outings, appointments and community participation

About you

- Reliable, patient, respectful and genuinely enjoys supporting people
- Comfortable and capable with personal care
- Experience with wheelchair and hoist transfers, or willing and able to learn
- Current driver licence with a clean driving record
- Current Police Check
- Dependable and able to commit to regular Friday and alternate Saturday shifts
- Previous disability support experience highly regarded, particularly experience supporting people with physical and behavioural disabilities
