We’re looking for an experienced and customer-focused Barista to join our Brisbane team in a role that offers the perfect blend of stability, work-life balance and great coffee. Working a Monday to Friday roster, starting at 7:30am and finishing in the early afternoon, you’ll become an important part of our workplace culture. This is more than just a barista role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our corporate café, known for delivering exceptional coffee and genuine hospitality. You will also play an key part in creating a warm, professional and engaging experience for our employees, customers and VIP guests. Enjoy state of the art facilities and free on-site parking!

Role Responsibilities

- Crafting consistently exceptional barista-quality coffee and beverages
- Greeting staff and visitors with a warm,



professional attitude
- Managing coffee orders efficiently while maintaining a high standard of presentation
- Supporting catering set-up for VIP visits and workplace events
- Building positive relationships with staff, customers and guests

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience and strong coffee-making skills
- Confidence operating commercial coffee machines and grinders
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work independently while being a valued team player
