CCCGHM builds long-term relationships with clients by tailoring services to individual needs and providing affordable, competitive solutions. The company services Canberra and surrounding area and has just expand to Yass, Goulburn, Cooma, Bega, Eden and all surroundings and works with a diverse client base including private homes, businesses, schools, care providers, and commercial sites. Staff are supported by comprehensive insurance coverage and hold current police checks and/or Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) cards.

Role Description This in office role, requires travelling from client to client, involves providing cleaning, gardening, and basic home maintenance services pending on role you are applying for, for a variety of residential and commercial clients. Day-to-day tasks may include general house and office cleaning, outdoor area tidying, lawn mowing, pruning, weeding, and assisting with minor property upkeep as needed.

Team members are expected to follow job schedules, meet quality standards,



use equipment and cleaning products safely, and respect client property and privacy.

The role also requires clear communication with supervisors and clients, accurate reporting of completed work, and adherence to company policies and safety procedures. Work hours and employment type will be discussed with candidates during the hiring process.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Gardening and Landscape Maintenance skills relevant to residential and commercial outdoor areas.
- Ability to perform general cleaning tasks safely and efficiently, including use of cleaning equipment and products.
- Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable time management, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality work.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact respectfully with clients and coworkers from diverse backgrounds.
- Current police check and eligibility for Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) clearance; valid driver’s license and access to reliable transport.
- Previous experience in cleaning, gardening, or property maintenance is an advantage but not mandatory for motivated candidates willing to learn.
