Busy Bees in Willetton, WA is seeking an experienced Assistant Centre Director for a full time maternity leave cover until 22 January 2027. The role splits 50/50 between leadership/administration and hands-on floor support.

You will work with the Centre Director and Educational Leader to maintain high-quality education and care, mentor educators, and build partnerships with families while ensuring NQF compliance.
