Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is seeking a Cook/Chef to oversee kitchen operations at our 95-bed Fairfield aged care home. You will prepare, cook and present nutritious meals while leading a team of Cooks and Kitchen Hands in a busy, compassionate environment.
Applicants should have a proven track record in residential aged care cooking, a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, robust food safety knowledge, and Australian work rights. NDIS screening and vaccination are preferred.
